Obituary in the Tuckerton Beacon dated February 11, 1926 "Mrs. Chester Parker died at her home in Parkertown Tuesday morning, about 1 o'clock, after a lingering illness. Death was due to tuberculosis. Deceased was twenty-five years of age and a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Nugent of West Creek. Her mother died several years ago. She is survived by her husband and three small children, her father and two brothers. Although it gives us great sorrow to report her death, it came as a happy release from her sufferings. Funeral services will be held from her late residence Friday, February 12, at 2:39 P.M."
