Sometimes Abigail seems like she is changing, becoming more alert and interactvie, engaging in her environment... and sometimes she just stares vacantly.
It's been down right shivery here in California. Abigail doesn't mind her cold night gear.
Abigail is starting to enjoy her floor time. She likes wiggling and streching, and she likes having something to reach for.
We enjoyed a lovely weekend with family to celebrate Grandpa's 70th birthday.
All but 3 of the grandchildren were here this weekend. This is Robert's favorite picture of his Dad with the grandkids. It amuses him that we have immortalized Eloise wiping her nose with her dress
Eloise was thrilled to have a visit from her girl cousins... not only girls, but her size too! This is Emlynn with Eloise.
Arwynn and Eloise. Note the tongue
Eloise spent a happy half hour in the bathroom finding things to put in her hair. She told me she was decorating her hair so it would look beautiful for spring
At times, Abigail prefers to be on the floor and free to wiggle. It is a bit of a relief and also a bit exasperating to set a fussy baby down and have her smile at you.
Abigail is starting to rock. she can get up on her side, but she can't navigate over her arms yet. That works out better for her than she thinks... she hates being on her tummy.
