A couple days of Autumn.
We enjoyed a couple of cool days to celebrate the arrival of Fall. We even had a touch of rain... not enough she needed a rain poncho, but enough it was fun to dress up for a few minutes. |

Testing out the main attraction.
It was amazing to watch how well adapted a 3 year old body is to endless jumping. It looks so natural it becomes freakish. |
Party guests.
Eloise and I had fun making spiders for her party. |
Party time.
The party girls enjoyed decorating little pumpkins. |
Classic fun.
The teeter-totter always attracks a crowd. The classsic toys never go out of style. |

Mud.
My plan was to let the grass grow over this patch of border garden this year. The girls plan was to claim a spot for digging. |

Pretty Dresses.
Abigail isn't being goofy for the sake of goofiness alone. She is very interested in seeing what she looks like when she is making faces. One of her favorite games right now is to strike poses and make faces and have me take her picture so she can see. "Mom, take a picture of me like this... now like this..." |

Ready for Trick or Treating.
Abigail enjoyed dressing up with her butterfly wings. |

Looking sweet
Shy?
Nope... and not just looking at her wings. She is hiding from Mom just to be silly. But she looked very sweet. |

2nd costume.
Abigail wanted to be Rapunzel, she went searching for a dress and for long hair. She had a pink scarf for back-up in case she needed more hair, but she liked this. |

Carving pumpkins
We grew our own pumpkins this year. The girls thought they came out extra slimy inside. |
Taking charge of her own pumpkin.
Eloise cleaned out her own pumpkin (almost), planned her pattern and did her own carving. |

Mitch and Fen joined us for Halloween. The girls had a great time trick-or-treating with them. |

Baptism day.
November 3. We are so proud of Eloise and how much she was looking forward to this day. |
At the temple.
We are fortunate to have the Redlands Temple right next to our stake center where Eloise's baptism was held. We enjoyed a little time wandering the temple grounds before her baptism. |
