Visit with Santa

This is as close as Abby would get to Santa

Touching Snowflakes.

Every time she was in the front yard, Abby went down the line of our snowflake lights, touching each one.

Birthday Frosting.

Eloise gave me a hand decorating Abby's birthday cake. I did the edges and she filled in areas.

Pizza time.

3 year old.

Our goofy girl.

Our crazy girl

and occasionally...

our sweet girl.

Dress-up time.

Eloise and her cousins.

Happy Birthday!

Christmas Craft project.

We had fun working together to make a salt-dough nativty this year. The girls were especially excited to have it displayed at our church creche festival and share it with their friends. My favorite piece.. the wise man from outer space.

Ho, ho, ho

Abby loves Christmas decorations, especially ones she can wear.

Butterfly Garden.

Checking out the tree.

The fence nearly kept the tree safe from Abby.

Looking for Snow.

We enjoyed a Christmas visit to Utah, almost everything was perfect, except for the missing snow.

Some of our Christmas playmates.

Darth Vader = Cuddly.

The perfect place to nestle your tiger baby... Darth Vader's helmet.

Cookie Time!

Frosting!

Abby's favorite perch.

Abby loved Grandma's ipad, and this was her favorite place to play.

Christmas Eve.

Eloise and cousins getting ready for Christmas Eve feasting.

Christmas Morning.

Waiting to go upstairs.

Christmas 2011

Cuddling with Grandma

and her electronics.

The candy!

Cozy with cousins.

The purpose of this picture is to show off my quilting! I made these quilts from the boy's old baby blankets.

Chatting with the missing sibling.

We enjoyed seeing all but one of my siblings at Christmas. We had a fun time chatting with her via big screen and Skype.

Day after Christmas

Time for play-doh. This is Abby's current obsession.

Day after Christmas

Time for crafts. Eloise wished for craft supplies from Santa... especially glitter glue.

Uncle Mitch!

Every girl should have an Uncle Mitch to haul her around by her feet.

2 at once.

Bowling day.

Twin style.

Cam and Kyle both liked to do a cool slide after rolling the ball down the lane.

Eloise at the lanes.

This was Eloise's first trip bowling. After a few rounds with help, she was ready to tackle the ball on her own.

Matt the champion bowler

Matt was one of the high scorers. He beat all the adults.

New Year's Eve

Gather round for cheese fondue!

Nice and Cheesy

The kids were really impressed with the long cheese strings.

Chocolate Fondue!

Playing Games.

Snow at last!

One the way home, we finally found snow. It was thin and crusty, but it was good enough to run on and throw snow balls.
